I stumbled upon a very cool article recently on the Calgary Sun's website. CREB [Calgary Real Estate Board] collected sales details from 2000 to last year and came up with a top 10, and a not so top 5, list of communities with the most appreciation over this time span. Check out the list below! Goes to show long term Real Estate investment is always a solid option, especially if you were lucky to get into one of these areas pre price boom...
